SmartGuest started as a loyalty tool for hotel food and beverage, built to help properties connect with guests in simple, meaningful ways. Early success showed a bigger opportunity, to bring the entire stay into one modern experience.

SmartGuest is a complete guest experience platform that gives every property its own branded app. Guests can check in, use a digital key where enabled, browse and order, message your team, and pay from their phones. It feels like your app, because it is your app.

We work with the systems you already use, so you can launch in days with no in-house IT. Built with Digiterra, and integrated with trusted technologies such as Oracle Cloud, Assa Abloy, and PayFast, SmartGuest is used by hotels across South Africa and is expanding internationally.
